HOW I WORK

Build. Transform. Research.

These are not phases, a sequence, or a prescribed order. They are a cohesive, interdependent set of capabilities applied in different combinations—sometimes simultaneously—as conditions change. Research and R&D create foresight and challenge assumptions; building turns insight into experiments, products, and capabilities; transformation aligns the surrounding organization; and each continually reshapes the other two.

Capability creation

Build

I begin with discovery: clarifying the problem, users, evidence, constraints, and conditions that make an opportunity worth pursuing. I then translate the strongest opportunities into products, platforms, operating mechanisms, and measurable outcomes—aligning architecture, workflow, decision rights, experimentation, and delivery.

Organizational change

Transform

I connect the capability to the system around it—strategy, incentives, skills, governance, adoption, and operating routines. In practice, that has meant launch readiness, product operating models, organizational change, and executive alignment, so useful innovation can scale and endure rather than stop at a pilot or presentation.

Inquiry + foresight

Research

I practice research across strategy, R&D, product discovery, and independent scholarship. I examine technological, market, competitive, organizational, and human signals; synthesize evidence; test assumptions; and develop informed views of future conditions. The point is not merely to explain what happened—it is to guide innovation, anticipate change, identify emerging opportunities and risks, and help organizations stay ahead.

The through line: inquiry, delivery, and organizational change happen together—each generating evidence, options, and capabilities that reshape the other two.
