About this notebook

This site is an evolving research and practice notebook—not a polished archive pretending every idea arrived fully formed.

I use it to connect three kinds of work:

• Research: questions, mechanisms, literature, and emerging theory about accountable AI and organizational systems.
• Practice: operating models, product strategy, adoption, knowledge infrastructure, and transformation methods.
• Synthesis: connections across management, engineering, network science, human-centered design, and field experience.

The source is a private Obsidian vault. Published notes are transformed into this searchable site whenever I push the vault to GitHub. That keeps the writing workflow close to the thinking workflow: write in Markdown, connect ideas, then publish deliberately.

A note on status

Unless a page says otherwise, treat these as working notes. They may evolve as the evidence, argument, or application becomes clearer.
