Commerce Department Examines National Security Vulnerabilities in Connected Vehicles
The Department of Commerce initiates the regulatory process to scrutinize the national security issues tethered to foreign adversaries’ information and communications technology and services (ICTS) in connected vehicles (CVs). In doing so, an advance notice of proposed rulemaking has been issued to solicit public input.
